Pacindat Consultants Limited was formed in the Republic of Cyprus in 2011 as an International Business Company (I.B.C.) to act as a consultant to its clients in many facets of business.

As an I.B.C. Company, Pacindat Consultants Limited is able to operate on a world wide basis in territories where a specific licence to operate is not required. Pacindat Consultants Limited is not authorised to accept any business from entities  within the Republic of Cyprus, which is common to all I.B.C companies.

Following the sad passing of Michael Sammons in June 2025, Pacindat Consultants Limited continues to be operated by David King whose experience in the business world has been honed over a period of over Sixty years. The majority of this experience has been in the Insurance and Reinsurance industry, where he has been responsible for the production, administration and broking of many classes of business.

The board of directors of Pacindat Consultants Limited remains unchanged.

Pacindat Consultants Limited undertakes consultancy work for its existing clients but will be actively seeking new clients and opportunities to increase its portfolio of business.

Pacindat Consultants Limited undertakes each assignment on an individual basis always endeavouring to provide our clients with the business solutions best suited to their individual needs.
